pretty nice friday.


had an early morning double back-to-back class. hold on, how does that make it a nice friday, oh but wait, there's more.

just to be really thorough about the day. in the morning i chilled at one of the many bench-spots on the corridor and studied.. and then mike, peter and joshua one by one came and joined me, though there's the need to note that they did not partake in the studying and instead nearly always disrupt my attempt in doing so -___- hahaha. but anyway, i left for class, went for statistics (the lecturer still cracks me up, hy you have to meet her someday she's realllllllly like your mom). buuuuut eugh suffer suffer suffer. stats my least fav subject.

when i went for the last of my many toilet breaks suddenly i met with peter and mike. and they said joshua's phone was stolen o____o by one of the cleaners ://// and dayum. we knew it was the cleaners cuz at first we could call the phone, it just kept ringing and no one picks up, (we guessed the one who stole it didn't know how to take out the casing and then the battery or smth, cuz you gotta know the password before you can answer) so and then we suspected this old cleaner who did it, but then they saw a new cleaner go in one of the lecture halls, and then they were calling, and then suddenly we couldn't call anymore, and the cleaner came out of the hall. andddd then we didn't really know what to do.

haha. we could search the hall and stuff, (prob won't find it) and report and then search the cleaners and their rooms....but :/ like eugene said, slim chance of finding it again. but peter and mike followed joshua to report while.....i went for next class haha.


well cts was alright...no tips for the quiz later *raise eyebrows. at least i have mingsheng with me haha. fail buddies.

after class i joined roshinee at the corridor and played with ding's guitar. (god knows why he brought it, and he came to coll by public transport o___o, must be acting like a rockstar while on the bus and lrt *rolls eyes)

aaaaaand soon everyone came out of their classes and joined, there's ian, ding, eva, mingsheng, roshinee, denielle....and uhh yeah thats all. OH there's KKY but he came a liddle bit later. and then we jammed :D nice nice. tried to do harmonizing to plain white t's Rhythm of Love with the pam pam pams. bass failed. haha.

and then we went for mcd's........not the best meal to have for me who's working out D;


and JEEZ. saw this old friend on fb and his arm's are MASSIVE. shit la. and now my body is turning out...weird. shit. instead of getting toned, i'm getting bigger, on top of my fats. very disappointing. and that means more jogging sigh. siiiiiiiiiiigh. after i finish this post i'm going jogging lol. ish. and few weeks ago i thought i might hit what i want (about 2/3) pretty soon, like early march considering the progress but suddenly things fell down T_T and now even i might not even reach it by april D;;;; le depressed.

okay anyway. back to nice friday.

soooo we ate mcd's...then ian and kky went for their class, while peter and mike now joined us. but then i needed to study, so i left them bahaha and went to library. yadayadayada studied for about an hour and then gave up pffft. SO BORING. and i thought i pretty much got it :/ haha but apparently not everything as i later found out.

soooo i headed to the computer lab, and sure enough, everyone was there. playing warcraft. buuuut i didn't join and was just glancing from book to computer screen....about a ratio of 1:5. LOL.


but then suddenly

but i thought she wasn't coming, cuz at first i thought she has replacement classes like the rest of us, but i didn't see her when i came to coll (and after first class, after second class, after mcd's after library, but okay stahp xy) soooo i thought she wasn't coming *fakes disregard*

sooo then she came in while doing smth with her phone and LOLLL no one greeted her everyone was busy playing. then she was standing in the alley while i was sitting all the way at the end of one row of computers. hmm. and then she asked someone something and then still played with her phone...

and then i faked surprise like i just saw her LOL so i went what are YOU doing here
then she said replacement class! and then i went oh okay ugh. (i'm like the most uncool person wth, what kind of response is "oh okay ugh")

but then yeah, she went on with her phone, and sometimes looking at the screens of those lame-o 's.

and then LOOOOOLLLL. now i'm being cool. so the seat next to me was filled with bags of the guys, and

okay i can't remember when i did it, but i don't think its now. maybe when she came in? but idk, the important thing is that it worked!


so i removed the bags so that the chair is free HAHA. i'm such a genius.

so she saw the empty chair and came to sit.

haha. okay stop this.

soooo while on the way to the seat she saw ding's guitar, and then she asked me whose guitar is that, and i said ding, and then she asked ding whether she can borrow the guitar, but ding was busy mining for gold, so i said yes you can, so she told ding that she's borrowing the guitar, and ding said what?, and she said never mind i'm taking it already, and then ding said take what?, and i said your guitar, and ding said shit i have not enough lumber, so esther was unzipping the guitar bag and she said ooh nice bag, and she said nice bag to ding, and then ding turned around and looked at us for 2 seconds, and then went back to the screen as if nothing happened, so esther and me ignored him too, but after another 2 seconds ding said what?, and then after another  2 seconds he turned and did the exact same thing, which is to look at us for 2 seconds and went back to the screen as if he was looking at the screen all along and then i said esther said your bag is nice, but he didn't reply this time too, and then esther said screw you ding, and ding said what?, and esther repeated screw you, and i think he sorta blinked, and then went on playing.


so we took out the guitar from the nice bag.

and then she said oooh nice guitar. aand i laughed and said its ancient. and she laughed and said yeah its probably older than us. sooo she started to play it, just casually plucking some strings for about 4 seconds,

and then she said you play and handed me the guitar.  looooool okay fine i know you want me to play for you ;) ;)

soo yeah i took it. and then she asked ian for his phone (his phone is the best among all of us) and she told him she wanted to search up lyrics, and then she asked me okay what song should we do?

:) one thing i love is this, that anytime we have a guitar between us, its jamming time straightaway, and even though we almost always go back to the same songs *facepalm* its still nice, cuz she has the loveliest voice of course, and i'll play anything for her haha.

but on a side note, i just want to mention over here that ian is the one who likes her last time and went for her but she rejected him or to put it on gentler terms she friendzoned him haha, but poor guy :( and he's a really great guy but girls think he's...well, not boyfriend-material. but he has had 3 ex-es, and while everyone's surprised, i'm not really, and there's a whole nother story to this and i'm wondering if i should write it down here but oh shits i guess i might as well


so once me, ding, ian and joyce were really bored and we decided to play truth or truth LOL. and of course, its love lives all the way. sooo then ian's turn was up and he said he had three exes, and then we asked him questions, the usual ones like what base did you go haha, but then i asked him what do you think made the girls went for you ( i know i should've asked him that in a different way, it could've really came out as insulting, but i said it in a nice tone, and he didn't take offense, and yeah there's the proof he's an okay guy already) and then he said back in high school, two things can make you get girls if you go for them, (besides looks of course) and then he said first is good results, and the second is your position. since he has great results and being the head prefect, he got the girls. and he really isn't that bad, he has good qualities as a guy too, and sometimes ( okay more often than not) he's funny hell everyone's funny i hate this why is everyone funny its not even special anymore its like a BAD thing if you're not funny now cuz, like, everyone else is.


coming back to the friday. but esther has always been nice to ian... so... yeah. but he hasn't moved on. or maybe he has sortof, but i guess...you'll always feel something when its not too long ago? :/




soo anyway. so we were quiet for awhile, thinking about what songs to play

and then suddenly ding finished the game and turned to us and said what?


LOLLLL.

so esther said oh er nice guitar, and i said and nice bag too, and she said oh yeah nice bag nice bag, and ding said oh, and i said screw you, ding said what?, and i said she said screw you too, and esther gave me a look and said no i didn't! but ding has already moved to other people's screens.


soooo then flipped to my phone and started searching for songs that we could dooo

and she said uhm do you know how to play nora jones smth smth smth and i pretended to consider for awhile but uhhhhhhh no. and she said aww i wanted to learn that on the piano! and i'm like *pokerface* and in my head i'm like you want me to play a piano song on the guitar, oh just kill me first, but instead i said out loud ohhh really? :D hahahahhaha. and then i said you know in the holidays i had a list of songs i wanted to learn......but i only learnt one. and then we both laughed and she said yeah there's so many song i wanna learn too

soooo yeah. i'm actually writing everything that happened shit lol.


aaaaand then i finally found a song and started playing it :)

and then she listened quietly for awhile and then she went O______O what is this! sounds familiar >:O

and i as usual, didn't answer and instead keep playing and (sorta) sing blegh. why can't i have a nice voice D; but anyway after a few more lines i told her the song name, but she like uhhhh. so its familiar but she didn't quite remember it. but she went and googled the lyrics :D so while waiting i just play and sing and then she's went its niceeee.

mmhmmm.


and then she got the lyrics and we both sang it a little :)

but then idk i was still just playing and singing and she was like fumbling with the phone a bit, so then she asked me: this thing can't work? while pointing to the computer in front of her. and i said nah :/ and she's like hmmm :/ and then i'm like wait LOL you can use mine. loooool. (poor ian. wasted internet money. shit lah. i feel really bad SIGH. why am i such a bad human. must be all that warcraft.)

so then we switched computers and she gave back the phone to ian, and then she searched up the lyrics on my comp.

and apparenly ian and peter and mike and joshua and the rest were talking about joshua's missing phone while me and esther was in our own world *shit* and then ian asked me when was mr.dhanesh's next law class, (he also happened to be the one in charge of the college .__.) so then i told him...

so... even though it wasn't really a long exchange of conversation, i could TELL, he was bothered and affected by what has happened between me and esther so far. he has always complained to me about his lack of skills in music and have even tried to impress esther with his limited skills, but to no avail :( and meanwhile i'm like...... :(


i think i'll start teaching him.

sigh.


but back to that moment. esther found the lyrics, and we played that song again. this time she sang, and i let her sing, but she fumbles a little in the pre-chorus, so i helped her a bit, but when the chorus comes she let me sing. i know she knows the chorus, so its nice.. she on the verse, me on the chorus. pretty cool. but also she can't really reach the chorus haha. she's already singing the verse one octave higher. but she didn't even try to sing the chorus though, so there's the team-up too.


and while we were singing, (softly lah), a few heads were turning to look at us, (the other strangers in the computer lab) and i'm like sorry but too bad suckers we're singing here whether you like it or not

and its not like we suck hehheh. hmpf.

soo then she said hey i wanna learn how to play! so i can play and sing at home (how sexy is that? lol) so i handed her the guitar and yeaaaaah. of course the beginning was already trouble LOL. and funny repetitive part. but we still managed hehheh.


and yeahhhh. played for awhile...


and then mingsheng beside me was like OI xinyou you ready for the quiz already arh?


...................whooooooooops.


soooo :/ esther asked what quiz?

and i told her critical thinking. and she was quiet for about 5 seconds as she digested that. she didn't know i failed that subject and retaking it :/ soooo yeah. not quite the smart type of guy she wants.


but she recovered and didn't ask any questions, or say YOU FAILED? in that embarassing way some people do, or look at me with a look that judges you as a bad student already.


my life is pretty interesting. i'm like, top and bottom. never staying long in one area. always changing. as if one area bores me. maybe it does. maybe.


but she took it cool. :) she was like LOL i can't remember anything for critical thinking already. sooo then i revised with mingsheng and with kky helping us, and with esther commenting that she has no recollection whatsoever of what we're doing all the time hahahaha.


^ that all sounded like it took ages, but that was around....45 minutes? i'm not sure. it feels ages, but not that long in real time.


so then it was time for the quiz! and the rest headed off to their replacement classes while me and mingsheng went our quiz.


it wasn't as easy as i wanted it to be, :( , but still doable. hopefully i can get at least an 8/10. best if a 9.  i have a lot to prove to my mom this semester.  ...


soooo after i came out (mingsheng came out before me that fiend) everyone met back together again cuz they're pretty much in the same class, but all except esther. and i didn't see her for the rest of the day. hm.


but. the rest of us went to DSA, and we found a ping pong ball, and proceded to play ping pong ball with....our hands. .... oh the level of retardedness.

but then we broke the ball (well it was already cracked, but we....smashed it) ...  o_o.

so me and peter went to KK mart to see if they sell ping pong ball (and bats. we needed bats. badly)

but it was 16 bucks for two bats and three balls, and i called ian to get a vote from the others, but nope, they don't want to give a 2.50 per person for two bats and three balls, so *shrug we went back to dsa.

soooo with around half an hour left before i go back (what i told them) we decided to play mafia again hahahahahhahahaha.

but it was a bit tricky, cuz poker cards aren't allowed in dsa, sooo in the end ian's genius idea was to have everyone's phone out and the narrator enters a  random number into each person's phone and then each person picks a random phone and then the narrator randomly says what each number stands for.

so we lat to pick out the narrator

and that turned out to be me.

:((((((( hahahahah and everyone's like OHHH its him! out of all peoploe. hahahahah. apparently i seem to have a certain reputation now. lol. i think they were all expecting another action from me if i play again. lols.

but i got the boring job.


soooo then i sent everyone off and typed in the numbers and then they chose and then we started

annnnnd yeah


after the first death, and it was time for them to decide who to kick out first. and then ian said first: i think we should kick out kky.

and then he looked at me. (as if to see what i think of that choice)

and i'm like LOOOOLLLLL why are you looking at me i'm not playing! (can't make any decisions, only narrator)

and he's like oh right right. LOL.

and then they all discussed and stuff. and then mike was like its him lah! and then he looked at me too

HAHA. seriously. things are gonna get real interesting when we play again. in fact, i have some interesting acts i thought of to play too ;)


soooo then mom came and i went back.


okay rephrase. it was a great friday haha.









































but sigh. something new came up over the weekend.


so my mom came home after a whole day of work, and i was in front of the computer (she hates that) so she started scolding and asking me what i did for that day

(i washed the toilet, which i thought was a great thing to do, apparently not.)
(i didn't even kill the baby lizard, which i also thought was a great thing, apparently...it doesn't matter.)



but i didn't study much. and she started really scolding me and said she had to work hard all day and then all i gave back to her was to fail subjects and she has to pay an extra rm1100 for that *WINCE*

but yeah. she scolded me and went on and on and on... and then she started to talk about my friends, and then i got angry and told her not to say anything about my friends, cuz they all got better results than me, and she said why did i still fail then, and then i was pretty pissed too and i said sarcastically FOR FUN.

wrong thing to do.

so thats why i'm an ass. thats why i'm a lousy son.

sooo then she got a bit emotional and choked a bit on her words as she continued scolding me.

but the thing is, my mom was also the strong one. she's the one who always has the steel in her voice. my dad is the loud and scary as hell one, but he...can't do it for long, he lets my mom take over after he's done. so my mom is always the lecturing for hours one, and her voice is always cold and...controlled.

soooo when i heard the slight falter in her voice. i couldn't take it. i quit the computer and went to my room. my mom was pretty much done talking too. sooo in my room i promised myself i'll study hard, and do nothing but study hard for this last semester, and get the results, and make my mom happy.


but that means... i can't afford to do anything else besides study. the subjects this sem aren't easy. hopefully business is, like everyone said, but still.

thing is...

i can't afford to be distracted.

which means..

i can't afford to be in a relationship.


sooooooo no relationship until coll finishes.

which is great cuz i was planning to tell her soon. but i guess it's for the best.



but...  i think i'm still gonna tell her. she HAS to know i like her, i think. hahahahhahaha. at least she won't be confused or anything.

but who am i kidding. i might end up as another ian too. just one of the many guys who likes her.

but i do think no other guy has what she has with me. sorry, but i hold that thought selfishly and stubbornly.
