PROM 2012

so the day before prom:

we went to the studio to record ourselves and listen to everything, and tried out the drums :D and it went pretty well, with adrian making Stay superbly nice :D but anyway, it also reminded me of the old days in high school, jamming *sighs haha but oh well. the studio is cheap! only 25 an hour :O wows. anywaaaay. after that kky and adrian and peter came over to my place and stayed over, and we just chilled and stayed up and made lame jokes and played marvel avengers -4- yeah. pretty fun :) 

but i kinda realize, even though i love the gang, i like to find fault in them :( sighs. me oh my.

(and everyone else also lah. find fault in everyones :S ) 

sooo on prom day: 

woke up late. HAHA. (it was a class day) so reached college smack eight o clock, and then went for class. bah blah blahhh. calculus .___. i failed mid terms. hahahahahahaha. 8/20. mai gosh. anyway. 

came out, and then straightaway went to pack breakfast, found the gang (some didn't have class) and ate and slept LOL. sooo tired. and for the most part of the day before prom too :S so wasn't in a really sunshine mood. but yeah. 

and then some officer dude just came over and scolded the few of us who were sleeping cuz we're right in the main entrance area and he doesn't want guests to see us sleeping. legit, but i couldn't care less actually hahahahha. but yeah. managed to stay awake by jamming with ding and uh, adrian? and kky. joyce and esther still sleeping at home. -4- 

aaaaandddd thennn around...eleven? everyone was here, and then we started rehearsing again. went pretty well, and then we practiced the Argument haha. 

the Argument is this prank we decided to do towards the end of our performance :D peter's gonna suddenly stop in the middle of singing and then shout at me (...why me...) and then the rest will go "eh why are you doing this" "we're performing man" and then he'll still go "NO I'M SICK OF THIS IM' SICK OF HIM always playing the wrong beat" and i'll be like *wth did i do* and then the rest will start consoling him but he still won't calm down, and then i will start shouting back at him hahahaha and then in the end all of us will (this is all pretending in case you forgot..) quit hahahah and march off the stage, all except peter. and then he'll start the beginning of We Are Young- Fun, which goes "give me a second chance, i need to get my story straight" 

pretty sweet eh? heh. but unfortunately....i'll get to that. 

aaaaand yeah. then esther and joyce left to do their hair.... while peter kky adrian ding and I went to dota in the computer lab haha. ....apparently they claim that i'm the only one that can play among them... but i'm like....so much noob. -_______________- geesh. anyway. time flies, and then we're off on my mom's car towards the hotel to go for sound check 

and then waited for a good while for it

and then esther and joyce came, esther's hair was gorgeous, but she made it....thinner? i dunno haha so it was curly but thin so okay. ahhaha joyce did like a.......haha i forgot the person someone said she looked like, but it was like retro kinda thing she straighten/smoothed it and made just the edges turn in a little. lols. so actually. no big difference hahahahahhahahaha. but anyway 

waited again while the other band went through a heck lot of crap for their instruments :( they only got electric guitars, bass, the common rock band instruments but still took about...45 minutes? jeez. when we finally got our turn, we had 5 minutes and the keyboard, acoustic (which wouldn't work) 2 electrics, bass, mikes, drums,... :( bad baaad. 

but yeah. after that we rushed up and get changed. and on the way to the room 

saw rye :) she loooooked sooooo gooood and nice. perfect hair. pulled up a little high and curled up the end just a little. omgosh. and her dress is simple, dark blue (asdfghjkl) and half short half long and fitting. geesh she's so good in grooming herself. 

ANYWAY. 

saw her coming in with rakhaal in front of her, so i was like :) she's got a date :) nice. was happy for her. and rakhaal was all suited up, while i was still in jeans and shirt LOL. so didn't go say hi to her bahahaha. don't know if she saw me anyway. 

ANYWAY.. 

went up to shower and get changed. and the minute we went in the room, we got bombarded by this FRIGGIN STRONG AS HECK smell of cologne. and isaac was gagging and almost having his asthma attack :/ 

-and this is the part where i find fault in people ...but its a blog so yeah- 

i'm not a big fan of isaac, i find him a bit immature as a performer, but then again i'm no better, but :/ sigh. i don't even know why i feel compelled to say all this. 

OKAY STAHP. if i don't say it out mebe i'll stop thinking like that 

anyway.

poooh. really strong. so i decided not to put my cologne HAHAH. gosh. and i was saying to peter, "while everyone is off smelling of cologne, i'll be off smelling of hotel bar soap." bahaha. that hotel soap thing isn't that bad really actually. hmpf. soooo then blah blah blah, met up with the other...sorta cool gang which smokes but in a funny way, the fact that one is insanely addicted to smoking tobacco and he's 24/7 trying to smokin, and he actually tried to roll up his own cig in the closet.. and they all were cursing right and left,

basically the gang i would've ended up with if i had no retarded friends, no proper discipline from parents, and no God :) but i do still think they're cool HAHAHA. 

oh and the mouth piercing guy is in there. :OOOOO he's pretty cool man. he has abs, but cuz he's kinda small, but well built, and he can sing. plays the bass really well too. hmm.

haha. anyway. then showered and changed into my ...tight vest bahahah. oh wellz. i like it a lot though. the proper shade of grey. but it's sooo smallll :( and they don't have any other size :( dayum. i'm half tempted to bring it back and change it cuz actually i'm done with wearing it so i can just change it into another thing within the 1 week since its ridiculously small but i really wanted that colour so i suffered a little but the changing thing....that's really bad. lol. i'll ask my mom HAHA. 

annnnnnyyywayyyy. then we went downn and met up with the girls. E & J laughed when they saw my vest 

um so that day i went to buy the vest was also the day they decided to go shop for shoes so i was like eh i'm going 1u for my vest and they're like eh we're going 1u too ._________________. in the end we went shopping together... wasn't that bad haha. they controlled themselves while i'm around. hahahahha didn't go crazy over everything like usual. and they were nice, helped out with my buying of ze vest. but i helped out with their shoes toooo....kinda...sorta...... O_O haha. well basically i liked everything they liked and hated everything they hated LOL. 

anyway. so they went back before i bought my vest, so they finally saw it. but joyce said it was nice so :) mmms. E didn't say it was nice, but i didn't say her dress was nice too HAHA. uh. hers was okay hahahhahahahhahahaha. didn't really like it, but then again, i'm didn't kinda....i mean, i'm not into her physically soyeahanyway. 

soooo then the night started! aaaaaand it was great. nice place. mmmmmm uhhhhh errrrr yeah. food was only fried rice, cuz we only paid 25 ringgit for everything :OO while other ppl paid rm145. wow. performer benefits yo. oh and they gave us free red bull too hahahah

but anyway. so we're the 2nd last performance, so we got to suffer enjoy everybody else's performance and everything. but it was actually a really fast-moving event. and most of it was performances. mmmms. 

so i like egbert's. he can sing not bad :O and Kat's. omgosh her original was soooo goooood. i'm going to add her in facebook now and ask for the recorded version bahahaha. mmmm the dancing was good tooo geesh. the Holes Inside Joe Brooks ballad was crazy, joyce cried, and the guys were cool, and the routine was choreographed by one of the guy. gosh i can never imagine how ppl come up with all this. crazy. talented people.

hahahha. anyway. soooooo uhhhhhh. i can't remember anything else :/ i did went to joyce's table with the rest, (she already bought a ticket before finding out there's a table for performers lol) and i find out it's the same table as rye too haha. buuuuut i didn't say hi to her cuz....Kat was performing. ... ... absdlciuawblciawc. also cuz i have absolutely, remotely, universally, no balls at all. haha. it'll come to be proven again later. *bangs wall*

Stay went really well, but the acoustic wasn't really working well ... Everything was the worst, but it wasn't bad, just wasn't really good :) .... IIAGY was the best :DDD we asked ppl to come in front to slow dance and it's really sweet looking at them... Oldies medley was "entertaining" bahaha but then eva, (close friend of the band members) told us that....no one was actually paying attention ROFL, except the lecturers lol so yeah okay lah... We are young was goooooood. a good finish :D

mmmmmmmmmmmmm right after we're done, they showed this HILARIOUS HOLY CRAP FUNNY video of random ppl in college doing oppa gangnam style. AND ITS HILARIOUS omg. the ppl who did the video actually asked EVERYONE from top to bottom to dance hahahahaha. lecturers, students, cleaners, technicians, random ppl holy crap. FUNNY shit. dayummm. and the scenes are just toooo good. ahhhhhhh and then towards the middle they actually planned and asked for half of the band members (actually most of them) to come out and dance oppa gangnam style hahahahhahaha

random things i think. crowning of the prom king and queen. prom queen was this tennis player of the country, and prom king was this ...really short guy but everyone loves him and also the dancer that choreographed the coool dance and stuff yeah. 

my last prom too, the prom queen was not those typically slim-hot girls, but she's a little bit plump, but dressed in a veryyyy nice colourful dress and its really obvious she's a great person and when they asked her to say something to the crowd during the nominations she said "i have no idea why am i here" hahaha and then she won :)

and now this year it's not those tall good looking guys that won, but a short guy with a good personality and talent :)

faith in humanity restored :) bahahahah


ON THE OTHER HAND (using another phrase besides anyway)

oh i forgot. after our performance everyone went outside the ballroom and chilled out around this small round tall table that has a small vase of flowers on it. we also brought the red bull cans and drinked and cheers-ed to everyone. and then isaac thanked everyone in the band individually and about everything they contributed :) reminded me of youth camp :) buttt yeah. it was a good moment :)

then we went back innn


sooo then its the last band! the cool-guys band hahaha. and then they asked everyone to come in front to party and dance. and so at first it was just us the band who went in front (cuz after our performance we're all drunk and high as heck) (haha no, just high, not drunk) (how do you get drunk from red bull)

anyway.

but then suddenly the bass rolled in

and they started this song

omg. party mode ONN. and a lot of people start coming in too! :'D cool people that love this song


and they (the band) were realllly reaaaaally rrrrreeeeaaaaallly good. all the instruments. and one of the lecturer's was the drummer :OOO too cool shizz.


so uh. pretty much for the rest of the event was just jumping up and down hahahhahaha


for reals. it was just party and party and party sighhhh so fun haha


*sigh.

and then they played a slow song. Lifehouse- You and Me

and people started slow dancing. or just hanging out with friends in front

so i was like haha

lol

just watched people. :P

but

then i started walking towards the back cuz saw a few friends.. and then i saw rye :S asdfghjkl
and she was sitting alone omg her whole table was empty except another person but he was sitting at the other end...

after that i realized she probably didn't have a date actually :///// rakhaal was nowhere to be seen

and i just totally walked past her..


i could've. asked. wtf was i thinking.

but yeah well i knew what i was thinking actually. before this i was thinking whether i wanted to ask her to dance, and kept wondering, but then before this i decided not to, cuz we don't really see each other, or hang out, and least of all talk to each other so i don't know i don't want to start something i can't continue and made her feel worse by raising her hopes up and crushing it but WHAT THE HELLL IS WRONG WITH ME

why can't i just.. be better -___-  too full of shit to make things work.


but

she was alone.

and not looking particularly happy.


i could've at least sat down and talked  to her..

but no. i'm too stupid to do that.


so i just walked past her and went to the back. and i was glanacing at her time to time, ....

and then suddenly she got up and left. just left.


i should just become a potato really ._.

after that,


the song changed, and now it's Sugar, we're going down by Fall out boy now. so i just forget about rye and went back in front and found friends again and started jumping around and around looooool

and thennnn they played another song but i can't remember what song it was :/ and then they're done! but everyrone was like ONE MOREE but they're like..."we're out of songs ._." haha so then joyce beside me was like PLAY THE FIRST SONG and i'm like YES WHAT SHE SAID

and they did! yayyyy.


mmmmm and so after they finished performing... the dj started up the music and everyone continued dancing :D

and then in the midle

peter and I, and another isaac (he's korean haha) started battling, you know, those circles with ppl and the dancers battle in the middle loooool so peter went first and then isaac and then i went down and did a windmill :DD

O_O i must be pretty high on adrenaline, cuz i managed to swing pretty good hahahahahaha and i heard people cheering! LOLs. yeah man. lololololol. and then yeah battle! isaac went back in again, and did....korean routines hahahahahha but it was still pretty cool, he mixed in b-boy moves as well (Y) (Y), and then....some guy came in and danced something...different haha, i thought it was a bit weird, cuz i don't know any of the moves, and it didn't look cool, and he just looked like he's just moving his arms and legs LOL like just swinging them around hahahahha.

and then the other isaac -_______________- came behind me and grabbed me, and then i knew what was gonna happen .____. shyt. and when the weird guy was dancing a little close to the edge isaac (and peter i think, that scumbag) pushed me in again -4-

so oh well, i went in, and LOOOOLLLL out of sheer in-the-momentness, i pushed the other guy out of the circle HAHAH shizz i'm so mean. but yeah. hahahahahahah soryy dude.

and then i got down on the floor and did worm

LOOOOOLLLLL.

and people cheered again! :DDD must be my lucky day...

and after that peter and ding told me i did it really good O__O instead of looking like a dead fish flopping around hahaha like the last time i showed them hahahahha must be the adrenaline. made me more....wormy.

loooool okay i'm kinda getting tired of writing this post. so friggin long -__- but yeah after this nothing much exciting happened, we just finished dancing and then everyone started hang around, taking pictures, and then go home...
