Youth Camp 2012!

I really should do this post hehheh, so here it is lahh.

BUT i am still too lazy to do the whole thing LOL so, i'll only list down the stuff that happened that I shall treasure down in my memory-brain-box. 

1. Paper bag gameee. Looking back at it, its pretty much just for laughs for everyone. Nothing ice-breaking in it haha. But of course, the fact that watching other people  do retarded stuff and doing it yourself is definitely an effective opening-up-everyone way ;) But hahahaha. The first round went rather well (despite it being the first round), laughing so hard at everyone doing dumb things looool. sadist. It was also great that we recorded it down HAHA. ahhh lots of funny stuffff. Chan Wai rolling on the floor, Daniel shivering from cold, Jasper flapping his arms like a bird, Sarah reciting the mathematics timetable, Jian Liang playing dead even after the game was waaaayyy over HAHA too into it, kayla doing michael jackson, dickson doing squats, diane planking on the chairs HAHAHA, and of course, yue chuen swimming on the floor looooooool. its amazing sigh. bahaha. 

so just in case those precious paper go missing someday, (i still have them right now, but *shrug) I shall list them the ones i have down - i think a few are missing :( cuz while cleaning up on the last day i actually found some of the slips nooooo ahahahaha maybe they got a bit pissed.. 

so here it iss (as it is) 

1. Its freezing; you're so cold 

2. Recite the whole mathematics multiplication table

3. Do squats with your fingers touching your ears

4. Sing Justin Bieber's Baby. (lame, but no one did it anyway haha) 

5. Stand on one leg. 

6. Start laughing crazily. 

7. Stare at someone. 

8. Statue of Liberty pose. 

9.Swim on the floor (!!!!!)

10. Act like the opposite sex of yourself. (lmao) 

11. Lie down on the floor facing the sky. 

12. Play dead. 

13. Talk to your hand. 

14. Flap your hands/arms like a bird. 

15. Plank. 

16. Do star-jumps repetitively. 

17. Pretend you're dancing with an imaginary partner (credits to ann) 

18. Act like Michael Jackson. 

19. Pretend your hand is a phone and talk to the "phone". (credits to mcd's guy) 

20. Talk to yourself. 

21. Sing the national anthem. 

22. Jump up and down. 

22. Roll on the floor. 

ahahahahahhaa. 

2. Cluedo. its freakin scary what they did to the banana O.O ahahahhaha wished we have a video to watcccchhhhh. But besides that, it was fun while giving thhe people their task and chit-chatting with them. Probably one of the most important game in the camp, in terms of bonding with the team haha. Same as last year, everyone opens up during the station game. but the sucky part was where last year was so hard, but this year too easy mmm. nothing wrong with it, but of course, next year will be pointedly remembered to be hard again HAHA. 

3. Worship. :') personally, it has affected me so much physically, emotionally, spritually. I could worship allll day. ahahahah. but the rest of the band doesn't have the same energy, so i feel bad, esp on the last day where i was talking so much and they had to keep playing. :(  but it feels so much more than ordinary music-playing, its like a whole nother world of a whole nother world. mmm. :') 

But after all of the worships i reallly feel bad. ahhaha. as in, my condition of health. i kept feeling like puking, and yeah. my body was hurting in places and i didn't even know why it hurts hahaha. too into it again. 

- Like a Fire. 

4. Walking. after the meeting by sam, yue chuen and the commitee. 

5. River. looool haha sorry its not in order. but yeah river. chilling with jj at the mini waterfall, feeling the sadkjadlsk strong current pulling us but hanging on. the sheer cold of it. O.O and the hot spring was cool too. haha, cool. it was cool. yeah, cool. so cool. 

6. Moving the tags with Jing Sze. LOOOOL. our team split up, and its me and her in a pair. So *cough* it was my idea to move the tags, which each team had to find around the proximity of the camp, like a little treasure hunt. (what a wonderful role model i am) so then we just move the tags, but ONLY the ones that we thought were too easy to spot. Lol. what's life without challenges eh guys? but then it backfired really bad when we were spotted. but the guy came from uphill behind us, so yeah. it was easy for him to see lol. 

7. Wall climbing. pretty disappointed with myself. but haha. one day. :) 

8. Altar call. basically i was just playing the guitar while everyone made a commitment. i wasn't even really aware of all of it happening. but i would. so mostly i was just playing along with the mood of everything. hmmm. and i really need to think about the styles issue. about what is the Navigators Style, and other Churches' Style. and is it good to blend the two together? 

9. Ah, the best part of the camp. I'm kinda a bit biased towards the time the committee spent together compared to with everyone else heh. but really. That second night, at the hall, with no lights, right in the middle, lying down staring at the ceiling scattered like dead bodies, five of us, no one else, just chill, talk, brief jamming, it was the best part of the camp, for me. 

So it was me, jj, sam, yue chuen and ann. and we talked a lot about angels and mortals. haha. and then ann started ranting sooooo much about her angel (whom was righhht in the room) how its not giving much gifts, and a "Cocopie". so then the other guys (who all knew i was the angel) all started insulting me, starting with sam, after ann said:" what kind of guy gives COCOPIE??", to which he said: " a douche." and then everyone couldn't stop laughing loooool. and then i was the "douche" for the rest of the night to the guys. but all this without ann realizing bahaha. and thhhhheeen she started talking about the banana, so it got kinda embarassing. cuz, i'm not supposed to hear all that. haha. like if she knew i was her angel she wouldnt be saying all that, so hehheh. oopsies. 

Talked about random stuff. our lives. funny stuff. gaaaaaahh i can't rememberrr. but i was feeling really good. like, high, in a peaceful way. like everything was right in the world. :) yeah. 

and then i got the guitar and started plucking the strings... then somehow Fix You slided in ahah then sam recognised it and then started singing it. theeennn after that we started jamming. 

pretty cool, but sad for ann. i dunno why, its so rare to find a girl that actually finds jamming nice, just the same as a guy. I'm lucky i know a few, but thats it. :S meh. my wife's gonna be hard to find. 

and then, out of fun, i gave the top of the strings a twang. and then yue chuen was like, EHHHH. and then he did it too and then he said: " SOMEBODYYYY". loooooool. and then everyone was like someeebodyyyyyyy that i used to know someboDYYY. while he was twang-ing the top of the strings. but then i was like, eh, there's five of us here mann. ahahahah. so everyone crowded around me and then we tried to do the youtube cover thingy. loooool. ann does the rhythm drum on the guitar with sam, me and jj play the strings, and yue chuen does the twang-ing. and we got pretty far into the song too. ahahahha. :') great people. 

10. pranking. laughed so hard, so much. sighhh. 

11. freakin saw a shooting star. but i didn't wish for anything, i think. haha. just enjoyed the moment.(which is only half a second, what an idiot right?)

12. almost made pony-poop fall while trying to give a surprise-hug-then-run-away. ....loooool. *too fail*  

13. Sam's workshop. :O so many interesting things to thought-provoke over.


14. marching with jj up the hill leading to the field. he on the bongos, i on the guitar, played My Redeemer Lives, our feet in sync with the beat. we're too cool.


15. playing The Moon Represents My Heart for Jing Sze for JJ. ahahahahha. What i do for bros. but it was fun. he on the bongos, i on the guitar. did an upbeat version of it.

16. Watching Jasper's group's performance. omg i didn't stop laughing throughout the whole skit. and also Yue chuen going "PLEEEEASSSSSEE" and with the hands and feet ahahaha

well yeap thats about the memories that i treasure throughout the camp. might add a few things if they pop up :)
